References to those payment brands on the Platform are purely contextual for Pakistani users and do not involve any data exchange with those institutions.

We process Personal Data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. The table below sets out the purposes for which we process Personal Data and the corresponding legal basis for each purpose.

pkrok processes Personal Data in a manner that is consistent with the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation and storage limitation. We do not process your data in ways that are incompatible with the original purpose for which it was collected.

6.1 Internal Use Only

Personal Data collected via the Platform is accessed only by authorised members of the pkrok team who require it to perform their legitimate operational functions — for example, responding to support enquiries or investigating security incidents.

6.2 Automated Decision-Making

pkrok does not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Analytics data is used only in aggregate form to understand general usage patterns.

6.3 Data Processors

We may engage third-party data processors — such as hosting providers and analytics services — to process data on our behalf. All such processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the instructions we provide and prohibit them from processing your data for their own purposes.

The Platform is intended for adults only. pkrok does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator or license jurisdiction. Access to this Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems.
